We ship across India and want your Kyora Jewels order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping Coverage

We offer FREE shipping Pan India on all orders — no minimum order value required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or festive season promotions, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Remote / rural areas: may take up to 10 business days

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email as soon as your order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders across India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout where applicable.

Delays

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
